The Viair is great when the 200psi tank is full but once you've drained it, you're better off waiting for the tank to build pressure again before airing up. I got the tank because eventually I want to do some air horns.

My opinion is based on me being 6'2" and 250lbs. For me it was a try it and find out purchase. When I first installed them I wasn't sure I liked them but that came down to just being not used to the change. After a few days they were a huge improvement and no chance I would go back. Also was worried about the safety aspect but the longer bolts and very solid construction abated that concern. Just did a 1600 mile road trip back and forth over a couple days and without question the extra support is incredible.

Hi I have a Platinum, am 6'1" - I installed them and love the lift in front of seat, helps with Back and Hip discomfort. EZ install. Getting the rear plastic covers off was a bit of a challenge, I broke the small retaining clips. O well. Coolhand

I have the 21 SR, I’m 5’11” and it took a few days after install too get used too the difference. I’m glad I added them. I notice a big difference on long drives. Not as sore afterwards. Wife hates them, but she’s 5’ and only moves my truck out of the way when it’s blocking her in.

Seatjackers with Multimount Panel: Pretty, Pretty, Pretty Good!

I recently installed DESERT DOES IT Seatjackers (with Multimount Panel... set was on sale) on the driver's seat of my 2021 Tundra.

Bottom line: I am very satisfied with the high quality of the parts, and the effect on driver seating position and comfort! I was a little leery because I am six four (with 32 inseam... long torso), so every inch of headroom and legroom matters, even in a spacious vehicle like my Tundra.

After installing, positioning the seat, driving, and tweaking seat position, I can say that...

    * Yes, the seating position is significantly different in ways I find more comfortable. I feel like I am sitting IN the seat as opposed to ON the seat, if that makes sense.

    * Headroom and legroom are fine... In fact, strangely better than before! I find I can pull the driver's seat 1 click closer to the steering wheel and still be comfortable. That means more legroom for anyone seated behind the driver. Also, ease of getting in and out of the vehicle is the same or slightly improved. Honestly, I am not sure why! I realize some of my reaction is subjective but there is definitely a different and preferable new geometry to the driving position that was worth the price.

The only constructive criticism I would offer is that the installation instructions could be improved. Pictures would be very helpful. As a writer of technical documents, I would argue for step by step photos (with a few more clearer instructions) to help those installing for the first time. My case was a little easier because my Work Truck Package doesn't come from the factory with any pesky carpeting.

Based on these results, I purchased a 2nd Seatjacker set for the passenger seat!

6’-3” with 34” inseam here with back issues. If not mentioned here, I can say they made all the difference for leg and lower back support on long road trips. Quality product… pricey, but definitely precision machined.

For me, there was no thigh support, so my legs would eventually angle out to the sides and give me knee and ankle pain. Also gave me lumbar back aches. The jackers angle that seat back just enough to alleviate all those ergonomics. And, much cheaper than a pair of $7,500 Recaro Orthopeds!

Well i took the plunge and installed the seat jacker with mmp. Gotta say i didnt think it would mak a big difference in a platinum because of all the seat adjustment options but it did. Now i'm going to buy one for the passenger side.

I am 6’1” with a 34” inseam and history of two back surgeries (the last one being lumbar fusions). It is ALWAYS a painstaking process to find the sweet spot in any car where I don’t get back pain, leg numbness, etc.

The seat jackers made a HUGE difference in my comfort of the tundra. I got the Molle panel and have my leatherman Nd flashlight attached via fist clamps.

Now the only compliant I have is that my truck doesn’t have the memory seats so when my wife drives the truck and fubars my seat placement I have to spend some time figuring it out again. I have learned to mark my position on the seat track.

I installed seat jackers two years ago. The difference they make, in my opinion, is comparable to buying some kind of high-end aftermarket seat. The difference is that profound.

Dollar for dollar it is hard to imagine a better mod, as far as comfort goes.

I just had my Katzkin seats installed, and they were nice enough to go ahead and install the Seat Jackers for no extra fee.

It is hard to believe that 1 inch makes a big difference. (I tell my wife this all the time, but she doesn’t believe me.) Seriously though… I couldn’t believe the difference they made. Let me put it to you like this – as much as I like my new seats, I think I’m actually more satisfied with the Seat Jackers! :) FAR more comfortable.

Thank you everyone for the first-hand feedback. Especially the taller drivers. I've loved having headroom for the first time ever, and being able to stretch my legs, but there has been something a little off about the seat that I couldn't put my finger on. Like I was sliding forward. The description of sitting "on top" of the seat instead of "in" makes total sense. That's exactly how it feels for me! I am definitely going to invest in these for my next upgrade. I will add my experience as soon as I do.

    It's definitely worth it.

The only thing I will say is that since you're now elevated a bit...there's 1" less headroom, but I mean...it's not a huge deal. But yeah - I now feel like I'm sitting *IN* the seat, not on top of it and sliding forward.
