I’m in the same boat. I had other mods planned first, but a good deal is hard to pass up.

I have the 440 -880 Constant Load because I have a Snugtop Rebel with the sportsman package shell, decked system, roof rack and will be adding a RTT and other goodies. I went with this because daily I am right around 440 without any extra stuff. It rides good, but I haven't tried it without the added weight.

I'm currently running the Stage 2 constant load, I don't have any weights on my Truck right now. However, it rides smooth and firm but not harsh, so much better than stock. No I did not remove the front sway bar.

It seems like the lift height is all over the place. Mine looks super high and upon measuring I'm around 3.5-3.6. Looking at some of the pics of other installs, I see 2.5-3.5. Most are preassembled... I'm looking to drop it about 1/2" in the front. I wish the rears were at 3". Their website is odd too. Look at the performance leafs... The cheaper ones have the same model number but has an estimated 2.5" while the rest kit w the polys say 3.5".

Thanks for the feedback. They have them listed at the same spring rate for the front find that kinda odd. I plan on going up to 37s so I may have to ditch the sway bar

Is anyone running this setup with Coach Builder shackles?

i know the kit comes with shackles, but was wondering if the CB’s would be an upgrade. Already have em.

I ordered mine during the previous 25% off sale. It took the whole package exactly a week to arrive after my order was placed. The components were all shipped at the same time but they all had separate tracking info (7 to be exact).

I actually ordered the spanner wrench from this recent sale. I placed the order on 4/16 and it arrived (again a week later) 4/23. Granted it’s much smaller than a suspension kit.

I’d expect you to have receive them by now especially since you’re also in comparable location to me. Hopefully they get it sorted out for you! I’ve called them on the phone in the past and they answered right away!

Just contacted them on their website, Adam said my coilovers will be built today and hopefully shipped out tomorrow. Then I just got an email saying order status changed to shipped meaning shipping label was created. Hoping to get them in by Friday to install on Saturday :fingerscrossed:

I ordered mine on March 29, for the 15% off sale plus free treads and I'm still waiting to receive my whole order. The treads are on backorder, but somehow a leaf spring got lost. I received a partial order on 4/15, and a single leaf spring on 4/19. "They are working on a solution." I'm not impressed.

Received my Ironman order today. The front coilovers are huge and the green isn’t too bad. But I will be getting the coils powder coated red to match my truck better.

Had a local shop do the install this week. Very happy with it so far. It’s different than stock, thats for sure. Takes a little getting used to but not in a bad way. Also seems to settle in after a 20 or so miles.

Well, I’ve now had this lift for over a week and must say I’m extremely happy with it. The ride improved as the week went on and no complaints from the boss (the wife). Was pleasantly surprised that my fuel economy wasn’t too bad either. Probably dropped 1 mpg at most, but I was conservative with the tires.
Went with 275/70/18 Toyo open county ATIIIs because it was less than a full inch smaller then the 295s I was looking at and saved me almost 15#s per corner. They aren’t as beefy but they work for me.
Also of note - I went with the foam cell pro Stage 1 in hopes that I could get away without the cost of new UCAs. Worked out and the alignment came out fine.
    Definitely recommend this lift.

9E67DE72-C7C4-46DF-9775-AF7184DB9214.jpg I posted on the other ironman thread and I’ll put this on here too. Mine has the stage 2 kit. Not the pro but the white foamcell shocks. Ironman UCA’s with performance leafs in rear. This kit rides really well and alignment shop said it aligned really well. I’m running 295 70 18 on +25 offset wheels. Removed both front mudflaps and if it does rub any it’s so little I doubt I’ll even fool w it. I don’t think this kit can be beat for the price considering all that you get w it. So far seems like good quality have ran it for 3 months.

Did you measure before and after the lift? I am curious to know how much lift the white foamcell gave you? I have considered this kit and certainly don't need the Pro version of it.

    Thanks in advance!

I did not get before and after measurements sorry. I was running 5100 bilsteins on middle setting and after the ironman lift was installed truck was around 2 inches higher in the front than what the 5100’s were. So I will go ahead and say the 3.5 inches in front they advertise is correct. The truck has a good rake to it so I’d say you’ll get close to 2 inches in back with the performance leafs.
