Have any of you installed your own factory fender flares? How hard was it to get the rubber trim between the flare and the body right (I think Toyota calls it a dirt or mud seal)?

The dealership has just made the sixth attempt to do my drivers rear flare since I bought the truck and they are getting worse. This one did not make it two hours until the trim piece started peeling away from the body. Three of the others just pulled free at the gas cap.
