Pickup up mine on Oct 31. Love it so far, especially the back window going all the way down. Was jealous wife's Sequoia would do that, so cancelled my Tacoma and bough this. Love the color. Much better than the cement Tacoma I had.

Its in port atm, waiting for dealer arrival. They are expecting the 7th, but can be an additional week apparently. The dealer seems to have overpromised the date being on or before the Nov 7th.
    Maybe before dec 7th

Picked up a 23 sr5 today. No wind noise... yet at least.
Ran it 80 miles at 7k elevation mostly flat and averaged 19.2 mpg as odometer read 98 miles. 4wd, no trd.

I didn't know the sr5 2023 had chrome delete. My mustache is color match and elrear bumper is black. A great surprise considering I was preparing to wrap the chrome parts. Perhaps i missed that or it was always the case for 2022s as well, but for whatever reason i was expecting chrome. And this is a low tear sr5, just blacked out emblems and sr5 convenience package.

Dealer told me on Wednesday that it would be 35 days. Seems rather specific. Hope they are right.

Toyota tracking was 9 days off for my 2023. It was an extra 9 day wait but overall not bad. Seems mine was held up in the rail yard waiting to be offloaded

Not a big deal regarding the noise issues...

When my mirror starts whistling from noise on the highway 50+mph , I just fold the mirrors, so whistling becomes just a regular excessive wind noise.

Who throws a fit about the passenger mirror not dimming? You ever realize how that is the only mirror that says "objects are closer than they appear"? That's because that's the only convex mirror on the vehicle. That means that light reflected off the mirror gets spread out due to the curve. That mirror is also the furthest away from the driver.

My last truck had dimming on rear view and driver mirror, but not passenger. It made sense, it's not really needed over there. Why are you crying about this?

I believe the standard SR5 and the sports package do NOT have chrome. It you get the Offroad package it will have Chrome.

Your attention to detail is awful! Here's a picture of the passenger mirror on my 22 that is clearly marked as a convex mirror.

Now would you be so kind as to post a picture of this brochure that states the passenger mirror is auto dimming?

Be real, you don't even know what they charge for this feature because it's only part of a package. You just assumed it should have it and are looking for any reason to complain.

I don't look at it as so much throwing a fit, but questioning why Toyota didn't deliver what I paid for. When a spec sheet has a vin #, included features, and a total price, that means I paid for everything listed. How much for each individual feature? Don't know, don't care, just provide said items. There is a whole thread for this topic, but since you are trying to flame other members I feel obligated to interject.

I just picked up a 2023 trd pro, after an eternity, yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised because the center arm rest seemed sturdy (no creaking) and the cabin was quiet (no wind noise).

Didn't you just bought your 2021 Tundra a couple of years ago? What made you want a new one?

So I guess this warrants a little explanation.... I bought a 2016 Black Platinum Tundra in 2016; and in November 2018 I bought a RAM Limited 2019 running after the technology; well after about a year in that vehicle I realized I hated it and traded it for a 2020 BMW X5 thinking I no longer wanted a truck.... Well in April 2021 my wife said she missed the truck and space / room we had in the Tundra, so I began looking and located the 2021 Platinum from a WV dealer (which was not allocated) so I bought it immediately. Since then I have been enjoying the 2021 Tundra and literally watching all the YOUTUBE videos on the new 2022 tundra with all the issues from Waste Gate, failed HYBRID batteries (only a few videos on that), to leaking sunroof, to weak plastic components on the 2022, and figured after one model year they would hopefully have iron many of these out. That all being said I, being an engineer, figured after the first model year Toyota would address a lot of these issues. SO I pulled the plug and found a dealer willing to sell below MSRP to test out everything for myself and hope to enjoy all the new luxuries from the new truck. So now I have it in my driveway and this model came with Advance Package, Power Running Boards, Tonneau Cover (which I manually installed same TC on my 2021 BAKFLIP4 and does not leak but unfortunately this one does s bit), Steel Edge Guards, and all season floor mats. However, the 6 hour drive home I was overly impressed with the drive quality and overall end to end travel potentials of thus truck. Looking forward to more of a future with this truck over others!

PS - Call me an IDIOT but I actually went from a 2021 Tundra to a 2023 Tundra never having sat in or driven a 2022 or 2023 Tundra..

I agree with several on this - everything seems to be negative these days with all the media outlets.. crazy world we live in…where’s the positivity?

I have a 2023 WCP Hybrid Limited CM, just turned 1,200 miles - took delivery mid Nov. Had a deposit since Dec 2021…Paid MSRP just over $62k.

I had a 2015 White SR5 CM from day one - put 128k miles on it - great truck, very reliable, NO issues.

With that said, the 2023 is an awesome truck - I love it! TONS of power!! I can pin you to the seat whenever I want.. and shifts so smooth, almost don’t realize.

I haven’t had time to dive into all the new features but I love this truck, very much enjoy driving it, even with the gas prices these days…

    Mods I’ve done to date
    - RC Level
    - Toyo OC 285/65/20
    - Borla 1” spacer
    - TRD air filters
    - Toyota mud guards
    - Retrax PRO tonneau cover
    - EGR window visors
    - Toyota bed mat
    - Husky liners
    - PPF film

    planning spring 2023
    - bed step

I purchased a 2023 SR5 Double Cab TRD Off Road on 4 November 2022.. I have 1300 miles on it, and tso far I am happy with it. I do notice a little bit of wind noise, but certainly nothing horrible. So far, none of the other documented issues.
