probably not going to be a popular view with the 18's crew here but i gonna be honest. plenty of buddies have wheels on their trucks and if the tire load is common between the 18's up to 22's i've never once sat quietly thinking, "damn these 22's are backbreaking compared to my 20's".
I'm not saying there is no difference whatsoever but when you consider the cost of new wheels in hopes of improving ride, its negligible and installing a proper suspension lift will be where the money makes the biggest impact.

Finally! Don't get me wrong, I don't like the 20"rims or the E rated tires.. but its quite the investment to change wheels and tires, and I have the same amount of sidewall as stock tires since I'm running 35's. I will be happy to get a C or P rated tire instead of these dump truck E's

you got more sidewall then stock, you are running +1 sidewall.

    Two problems…

    Bigger problem:
Can you find tire options in that size that aren’t LRE? It’s tough to find a 35 for a 20 that isn’t heavy duty…

    Little problem:
The weight that’s been added with the heavy wheels and tires isn’t helping. It’s less detrimental than the stiffness, but it all adds up! A LRC tire on a small wheel will shave some weight in a good way.

We all understand the expense of this, and nobody will tell you that you HAVE to go buy new. Bit, we are doing our best to provide some solutions that will help ease the irritability you have with your ride.

    Good option:
Fix your suspension. Lower your air pressure as far as you can while maintaining good contact and safety. I’m guessing 32#.

    Better option:
Sell your tires and find lighter capacity 35 x 20” rubber. You should recoup a good amount if yours are like new, but expect to take a bit of a kick in the nuts.

    Best option:
Sell your wheels and tires. Replace with new 35” LRC on 17” wheels. See if you can find a trade! There’s folks selling Rock Warrior wheels all the time. Nothing better and they’re light AF. Might need a small spacer if you don’t like them tucked… Be patient and you can find them at a decent price.
SCS also has a nice 17” offering that is plenty light.

    Good luck, keep us posted!

you can also use an OME medium rate spring if you have a bumper.

Like the 612 or the 613 if your bumper is HEAVY.

Put a 1/4" shim on the drivers side.

6112's use their own spring design and I don't think there is any load rating choices.

Haven’t been able to sell the wheels and tires, but they also only listed on Facebook marketplace as I don’t have enough responses on here to list them on the forum. Have sold anything on here before??
Just got the suspension put on, looks great but it seems that the bilsteins 5100 on the lowest setting with eibach 2.5” springs is more then 3” of lift in the front, combined with +2 shackles (1.25”) in back, I’m sitting ever so slightly front high.. which makes me wanna puke lol
