Yeah that doesn’t look right. Did you install it or have a shop do it? Have you tried to call icon? I’ve called them before and they were helpful.

If you're worried it's the shocks holding up the rear then unbolt the bottom eyelets and let truck just sit on the springs. Should be a simple 10 min experiment.

Are your rear shackles torqued so tight that they cannot cycle? Did you torque them with the truck in the air?

Thanks yall. Waiting to hear back from icon. Emailed pictures just now. 26.625 and 27.25 are my hub to fender measurements.

Are they supposed to cycle? I torqued them to 77lbs, on the ground. Upper and lower shackle bolt, plus bolt on other end of leaf spring.

Hmm that sounds right. They move slightly as the spring compresses

Did you take both leaf springs off at the same time and happen to switch them when reinstalling? The driver side leaf spring compensates for driver and gas tank weight. If they were switched (driver on passenger side, while passenger is on driver side) then it could explain the difference.

Great idea but I did them one at a time so that I'd have a reference in case I screwed up. Are the factory springs symmetrical?

It's not an awful stance but I don't want to ruin shocks or springs

Half of the people that install those get a tiny bit to no lift. Something is up

It gave you a ton of arch. It does look normal. I’ll bet it settles a lot over time

Maybe take it over some curbs or large rocks (at low speed) to get each pack to fully cycle. This is really weird and seems to point to the wrong pack from Icon.

Icon says the overload is upside down. Sure looks flat to me.

It does look like there’s a slight curve to the overload in your pic. Here’s what mine look like, much closer to the other leafs:

    Thanks, that must be it.

Question, what does it hurt if I leave them in as-is? With my stuff in my bed, I probably am at 3" of total lift now.

I wouldn't leave it like that. I'm not smart enough to know what the overload spring actually does, but I'm guessing you're putting some unexpected strain on the rest of the pack with them that way.

Anyone else have pictures they can post to show if their overload is flat or curved upwards? I just don't see how my flat overload spring won't still be flat when I flip it over.

I know the overload wasn't upside down, but wondering if there is a left/right or front/back.
