In Tucson AZ. I got my truck back from Toyota today and the tech looked at it and said yep, the install is incorrect. I got home and grabbed all the paperwork and sure as shit, there is the supplement for the install for 07 and up. Now I am wondering if all my stuff is torqued down to specs and if he greased my UCAs before assembly. Going to have a long talk with the manager there!

Wow, that looks great, thank you for sending. Going to print this photo and bring it with me on Monday. Will post pics when I am all done. Appreciate your help and glad I posted it on here. The Toyota tech said that for now, Toyota has said no to dealers doing any lifts etc due to TSS but that if I don't have resolution to let them know and they can elevate up to the manager to at least correct the back. However, I feel like with the photo and highlighted instructions they should be able to correct it....hopefully.

Good luck! I am a little far, Queen Creek, but would be more than happy to get you fixed up correctly if it does not work out. Reach out if you need any advice.

Not sure if this was mentioned but In the last pic the toyota spring clamp should have been removed and only use the new icon onces. Thats whats is giving you that gap and the wave bends in the other photo.

Adding to the obvious, they didnt know what they were doing.

Hopefully you don't have any problems having them make it right for you!

I would suggest nut and bolting your rig or taking it to a trusted shop and having it done. The error on the leaf pack is pretty egregious and would make me concerned.

So posting a follow up. I picked my truck back up on Tuesday this week and in comparing my lift to others I have seen it looks as though everything is in order now thank god and the truck's rear end is sitting at the correct height. I am going in tomorrow morning for my tires and wheels to be installed at DT so will post pics after. I got in on the group buy for the Coachbuilder shackles so I am going to have those installed by either 4wheel parts or make the trip up to Phoenix and have SDHQ do them along with my rear Air Lift 5000 kit while I am there (won't hurt to have them look everything else over too lol). I also ordered a couple CDI torque wrenches so I can check all my bolts after I get some miles on the ol' girl.

Yeah, I will have another shop check everything out for piece of mind. I can say that it is riding great but want to make sure all my bolts, nuts etc are torqued exactly to specs. Part of me feels they guy knew it was wrong but did not want to deal with the hassle of breaking the springs apart but who knows.
