dobinsons 2.5 in the front and a toytec shackle at 1.5 rear with a dobinsons shock.

I ordered the 3in heavy load on accident which gave me a pretty good amount of reverse rake which I hated.

2.5 still clears the cab mount which I’m very stoked about.

I don’t think a C rated is a bad idea personally. I run an E because that’s all you get at 35x12.50 lol.

sorry stupid question - what did you guys do about the spare wheel & tire size when you went down to 17s?
Did you keep the original spare rim (I think it is 18" ) and mount it with a tyre of the same OD as that on the 17s?
Does it matter that offset is different?

#68bellaj: Did you get your wheels?
I received my lug nuts too, but got an email telling me the wheels are 6-8 weeks.

I did get my wheels - they came a week after Black Friday.
One was damaged and when I contacted SDHQ they did tell me they were on back order for 6-8 weeks
    so that sounds correct.
I must say SDHQ were VERY responsive to help me and ICON will send out a new wheel :)

Has anyone mounted the Vector 5 wheel as a spare using the under carriage hoist? I’m wondering if the bracket will fit through the center bore of the wheel. Looks like it might be too small.

Sure hope they do as I am waiting on all 5 of mine to show up. These are hub centric right, so if the old spare worked I would think these would.

You and me both. Mine should be in this week. I called Icon and they measured the inner diameter of the center cap hole; it’s about under 75mm. I measured the bracket and spring for the hoist and the height is about 2.25” which should fit. We will see.

This is the exact setup I’ve been looking at. Not many pics on stock suspension and 285/70/17 out there. Looks great!

This is on point, and lookin good! Thinking Icon Vectors in the gray when I tire replace. Can’t go C-rated due to my FWC, but I bet those ride nice.

Sorry it’s actually a 3 and 1 1/2. Toytec shackle on the back set at 1 1/2. And I am running the 2.5 dobinson on the front but it actually gave me a touch over 3in.

Yes, I think their front lifts can be a little higher than claimed. I’m sure with shackles and springs you’d be level. Are those duratracs? They look really aggressive and true to measurement in the 35”

They are duratracs. The best tire I’ve ever used in the snow.

Im pretty much perfectly level at this point. I wouldn’t like to get a touch of rake back. Might get a leaf pack.

They are great for the price. I mean they aren’t the BP51 I ran on my runner but overall I’m happy with them.

Vector 5s wrapped with Toyo At3s (285/75R17). 2.5” up front and 1.5” in the back.
