Anyone having problems with these not being hub centric? Planning on building a rock crawler build

whats the draw with these other than looks and brand and that it is the only few 17" wheels for the tundras? the rock warrior wheels are the lightest i know of, then fn wheels then ,methods

Rock warriors are difficult to come by aftermarket and usually way overpriced and the only 17" wheel that method makes is 0 offset which isn't preferred. If you don't know the benefits of running a 17" vs an 18" for offroading or rock crawling go look it up. If you have any other brain busters on why guys are picking up these wheels please ask.

If you get your tires installed correctly it won't be an issue. So many guys run aftermarket wheels that aren't hub centric, wheel their trucks hard, and never have an issue. Mine aren't centric and I've never had a problem and I'm not afraid to beat on my truck on the trails.
Also if anyone chimes in regarding hub rings, literally the only purpose they serve is for centering when mounting. But if you have someone mount them properly it doesn't matter.

Seen plenty of deals on rock warriors and reasonable too surprisingly, I know the benefit of a 17 or 18" wheel, just asking what's with these icons other than it's one of the few 17" wheels available for tundras. I'm not hating on these wheels it's a question, go look up an answer

Also they were designed with our Tundras in mind. no need for CMC to fit 315/70/17. Plus I think they look the best.

If you say so... go ahead a find me a set of clean used rock warriors for less than $700 or so and I'll buy em off you. Also, as mentioned already the icons have the ideal backspacing and offset. Every wheel company should make those specs but they don't for some reason. No need for wheel spacers, no need for aggressive trimming.

Keep in mind that you will also use ET style lug nuts that will also center the wheel on the studs

i was planning on running 285/75/17 which is 33.8". Do you think these would clear with the speed six, on stock suspension, with no trimming or cutting. i had extended travel, cab mount cut, etc, on my tacoma, i am going to lift my Tundra, but was curious. I really didn't want to do all that on the Tundra. I ordered the wheels, but was going to wait and do the lift in May and order tires also. If it will clear i might go ahead and get the tires.

35x12.50 stock suspension. And just a Cab Mount chop at that point. To help ease your mind on 33.8

wow, the tundra is nothing like the tacoma. lol
i had to do 3" up front, pull the flaps and cut the cab mounts just for 285/70/17 (33") on the tacoma.

Mud flaps will have to come off and move the liner on the bumper foward. But other than that you should be fine with the size tire you wanna run. And yes way more room in there on the Tundra.
