Well I bought my wheels and lift on 5/2/2018 and I had problems with the install and ended up going back and forth to the install shop until all was straightened out which took a while. Well then I had an issue with a slow leak and the shop that did the alignment and wheel balance hey the tires and said they could not find a leak. It was very slow. Then in the winter months it was hardly noticeable because it was so low and went on vacation. Well I had it looked at every time I had a balance or an alignment but nobody could find it.

Introducing this little lady that works at Discount Tire as a supervisor. She told me my truck was done and they found no leak. I told her how low it was when I brought it in so she yanked it off and put it in the tub of water and there it was. The Icon wheel had a pin hole in the aluminum and that is where the leak was coming from. Icon has a lifetime warranty for manufacturing defeats and I believe a pin hole in the wheel will be covered.

The install shop said to contact Icon which I did by sending an E-mail directly to the rep in our area but have yet to hear back from him. Well I am getting irritated now that nobody has contacted me concerning this and I put up with chasing the ghost for as long and I have with no support from Icon.

Does anyone know how to contact the warranty department directly? I would have thought the install company which is a dealer for Icon could have covered it but apparently that is not how it is done there. When I went to Icon’s site is did not find a direct number to warranty and when I called the direct number I was not able to be transferred to anything warranty and never got to speak to a real person. Frustrating

Well I sent photos per @Icon_Adrian on 6/25 and still waiting for a reply. He told me on 6/24 he will coordinate with his team and get back to me ASAP. Not sure what the hold up is but good thing it is a slow leak...

That was my 2012. Loved that truck. Actually like it better than the 2019, except the interior.
ADD sliders. Dont recommend them as they are not attached to the frame and have minimal support to the body. Really more of a running board unfortunately. Got them from @T-Rex266 so i cant complain. Maybe someday i will upgrade to real sliders.
The wheels are obviously Icon Six Speed as that is what this thread is about. The tires are 35" Nitto Ridge Grapplers.
