    Locking fuel door?

Open fuel door. Lock truck. Toss keys in the fuel door and close. Unlock truck with app, then unlock the fuel door.

    I agree with @sandiegosteve - I have a 2022 Tundra, albeit it's in the shop now. I surf also.

CANNNOT get the alarm to not activate when I use the valet key. I asked the dealer about this, and they said it's just how it is. Not sure I believe them, but I couldn't get it to keep the alarm from activating. Turning the key fob off-and-on isn't the issue. It's the alarm of the truck setting when the manual key is used to lock the doors.

Is there a "hack" someone knows about?

NOTE: For those who have tested it, if you unlock the door within around 30 seconds (could even be a minute but not longer than that), the alarm isn't activated yet so the horn won't sound. But if it's more, it's time for the honking. I usually warn whoever is around that my car is about to honk. My old 2016 Tundra didn't do that, which was a nice feature.
