I picked up this 2004 for $550

    OK after investigating more found out this is the A.D.D. Actuator, what I haven't found oy=t yet since it's cold out here and the wire is burnt to a crisp. does the wire from the A.D.D acuator go to the Actuator at the end of the transfer case or uo to the wiring harness any help please

    Okay guys need aliitle help here please beside the acuator getting fried and the wire from the fire. I not sure but it goes into the front muffler system and although it doesn't look fired from the fire upper more it didd melt the wires I'll send pictures and any help please, also looks like the actuator housing was the cause of the

    that’s an O2 sensor.

    I'm confused, where's it burned up? I don't see the burnt up spot.

    O2 sensors can be a little finicky when it comes to splicing on the wires. Make sure whatever you use is solid, and water-impenetrable.

    Thanks guys, yes it's rust and I'm going to replace the O2 Senor and replace the the manifold and the muffler system

    Careful which cat you go with if you choose to replace. There are only a couple of brands known to be compatible, and not throw codes consistently.
