Does anyone know if Toyota is still warranty the problem that causes these three lights to illuminate(trac off, check engine, and 4lo blinking)? Or is it somthing I could possibly fix myself? I had auto zone check for codes and only p0175 code c1201 code came up.

P0175 has a lot of causes, have you had any work done to the truck recently?

Is it in "limp mode"? Sounds very much like the secondary air injection pump failure. If it's this, the repair is like $3K, but you can buy a Hewitt bypass kit for like $400.

No sir it is not in limp mode hopefully it won’t go in it! I don’t t know if it is just coincidence that it was just in body shop to get the front driver side bumper fixed. When I got it out the shop all the lights came on. Or if it is something they could have messed up doing body work.

It's probably not a coincidence. I would be carefully inspecting the area around the air box for unplugged wires. It might be worth pulling apart the air box and checking to be sure there isn't some piece of masking plastic or something stuck in the air intake.
