    Ya that's never fun I try to avoid that I don't think my front axles would like me very much trying to do that that's where the 4.7 23spline t case come in. Use gearing instead of clutch.

    I know what you mean. The mighty torque monster I have, the 4.0L can snap things pretty quick. My buddies with high HP V-8s really have issues with parts flying off their TJs

    Hehe I assume your implying I bought it for 6k... Ha not quite. Bought it for 2 and the other 4 have been the rear locker (a grand just in that ) another grand on tires and another on the motor rebuild I had todo almost right away, got about a month out of it before the lower end started knocking reeeeeallly bad, but I knew that buying it. And the last thousand is just random stuff that adds up.

    No I figured it was 6K total. Adds up quick for sure. I have a buddy that comes out every fall from NC with a Toyota buggy with a 22RE-T. That is a fun rig.

    I agree. I kinda lucked out with mine a little. It already had sliders, bumpers and a front locker. But the price was right.

    It actually is in great shape, in my opinion. Nothing some sandpaper, spray paint, sawzall for the fenders to minimize lift, and you are pretty far ahead.

    Yet another reason I cannot figure out why people go buy a 45,000.00 JKU, dump another 6-9,000.00 in it and then go rub it all over rocks. It maka me no sense.
