the thing is, regardless of your political leanings, whether they be one way or another - the internet is full of politics, if you want to spray your partisan opinion over the interwebs - knock yourself out - there's a million websites where you can do just that - this isn't one of them. I avoid politics like the plague, it depresses me, not because i vote this way or that - i can't actually vote - but the arguments from both sides are generally invalid or not fully thought out - one side is as bad as the other. that's one reason i don't use facebook, but i do use tundras.com... i want to avoid anything political.

People come here to talk and learn about tundras - to share their passion about the brand and model and to help each other mod/learn/fix/buy a TUNDRA, hence the name of the site. Do i get offended with pictures of dildos, not at all but if you came to TUNDRAS.com to look for that - you may need to spend a little more time with google - there are much much better choices out there. If you wanna talk shit about women/politics/whatever else is frowned upon in here, invite your boys around, open a few beers - engage in a real, actual conversation with a real, live, person.

Don't force your version of morality on others or expect them to share yours, after all, we're all different thank god - and that's what makes your america great.

I think without guys like Sean taking their time to oversee this Forum, it would be complete chaos. America is great, and we have freedom of speech, but certain settings require rules and regulations. I by no means want to cross the line and stop someones freedom of speech, but still think we need guys like Sean and all the other Staff that look out for the best interest of this sight. Not everyone will agree, but that makes this a realistic world. Thanks again to the staff that runs this show !

lol, i never posted what happened.

so my buddy, who has been to my house several times and knows i have the actuators on the gates.

they were out of the country for a month, they had just gotten back a day before and we invited them over for dinner and drinks.

they pull up and the gates were closed, all he had to do was call me and i could have pushed the remote and had them open.

nope, he's a bear of a guy, around 6'2 and close to 280ish lbs

he pushes not one, but both of them open, and basically breaks both of my actuators.

ugh... i should have made him pay for them. they were $400ish with shipping.
i ordered new ones, not as long as the old ones as they were too long and only used about 12" of travel.

the new ones cost me just under $300 but i had to cut off the mounting tabs and re weld them. not a big deal.

i'm going to have a sign made, DONT PUSH THE GATES!
