    Ground has to be swapped and the nsv has to be repinned as well on both ends

    Awesome i figured that was the problem. Im just trying to get the bar a little cheaper and im ordering. I think it will be badass with the new lights.

    Post #106 member has a pro and messes with the 2018 drls because of jumper wire i might have same issue because i have an sr5.

    I tried helping him and didn’t believe me, his problem is the jumper for platinum trims only and not reconfiguring the the nsv harness.

    This is probably the issue now that you mention it, I haven't had a chance to get back into it work has been a little busy this week and temps in the 0's last night didn't really encourage me to go outside and F with it.

    Love this truck nice work. Thank you for reaching out.

    I'll take a look the next chance I get might not be till the weekend but I suspect I just need to repin the bar.
    Also still need to try the washer trick and see if I can get the NSV to lay a little better with the bulge, picked up the washers last week just haven't had enough time in the day.

    This forum is awesome thank you both.

    Do you know if the truck facing away from the camera had the tube steps painted/plasti dipped or did they come in black? Have you heard or seen anyone doing so? I ask because I have chrome ones and possibly looking to paint/plasti dip mine, possibly.Thanks!

    Dont i repeat dont plasti dip. I had chrome tube steps on mine and it just peeled away especialy where people will step.

    Im sure there is other ways to hook it up, but the setup it comes with is pretty badass imo. I read a review and the guy put the bar in a different spot and i think used a different switch.

    so I finially got around to fixing my nsv with the 18 headlights. like an idiot i swapped pins on 2 of the 3 connectors. the turn signal wire wasn't connected so everything grounded out fine and functioned fine it just didn't get the signal from the turn signal on lock unlock.

    don't be nervous take your time the only hard part is getting thru the firewall boot (dish soap and water help). watch the headlight revolution videos on the install they help.

    Thanks to @inferno_pro_satx and @Sting Ray i should be good to go into this mod with confidence. Nsv wanted me to wire it as if i had a 2018 even after i said i had a 14 sr5 with the 18 lights. From what i learned is i just gotta depin the nsv t harness and repin and all should go smoothly.
