i-force max fuel economy problem

    13 mpg on a 23 TRD Ltd hybrid with OEM lift and 285/65R20 tires (65 lbs each) on OEM TRD OR rims.

    50/50 mix of highway and stop and go traffic. Seems a little bit lower than others with a similar setup (average seems to be 14-15 from what I have heard from others) but not enough to fret over. Can't rightly complain about gas mileage when I intentionally submarined it by adding a lift and large tires.
