    I did the same thing. Went through a Samsung set rather quickly. Researched and found Speed Queen. I think it's been 9 years now without a single issue and a massive amount of laundry processed per week in my house. We run them at my job as well and have been solid.

    IF you're considering a SQ, look for a slightly older model.

    A few years ago they did start to try and bring some water efficiency tech into the system, and it is believed to not clean as well as the years prior. Still built like a tank, but seem to see more people complaining about the cleaning vs older models.

    This, although I'm partial to LG. I've owned 3 different Samsung washing machines within about 5 years before I learned my lesson and got an LG about 8 years ago...have had no issues with it.

    If I have issues again, Speed Queen it is.

    Much like the Tundra, it has a lower than normal capacity rating but will run forever. It gets a forum two thumbs up.
