Well, arguably the fail is that the site isn’t called TundraWorld...

A glass of whiskey often helps me get to sleep. Sleepytime tea works too. So does reading a book.

You can also take melatonin at dinner time, then by the time you wrack out it works as it should.

You can't let that mind race.

Typically when I used to go to bed I would think about things I needed to do, stressful stuff, worrying, now I have broken that habit and it makes a big difference.

I just think that I can think/worry about all that stuff the next day.

Yoga in the evening also helps me.

A restless mind is something we all suffer from time to time, I'm sure.
It's certainly part of our being creatures with a soul...

Sometimes I'll wake up in the middle of the night wondering how I'm gonna wear that pair of under wear for a second day in a row - then I remember: yellow in front, brown in back and I'm back to sleep

people at work keep talking about this lamp thing, that slowly pulses light on your ceiling.....You focus on the light and the duration slows, and you fall asleep.....So far 3 people have bought one and say it works. One even brings it when they travel.

CBD oil form cbddistillery. Take a few drops before bed and you will sleep deeply till wake up time. I work night shift and take this when I get home the morning, jump in the shower and then I am ready to sleep.

I have literally told 15 people about it and only 1 of them said it didn't work for them. I think he was thinking he was going to get high or some other type of feeling.
