e radiator overflow hone nipple off the radiator near the fill cap. How SOL am I?

It is mostly for just overflow but I also understand the it sucks in extra fluid from the container as needed. The nipple broke off just short enough that I cannot get a good grip on it and the hose with a clamp or zip tie.

Anyone have any ideas for a fix? I thought about tapping by the little weep / drain hole and putting a some connector of some sort there?

For now I am trying to JB Weld the broken piece on there but I am not too optimistic that will be leak free. I dont think there is any real pressure on it per say and there is no pressure on the hose as it is just a slip fitting.

The little nipple is where the arrow is in this pic and it is facing straight forward. It is just below the cap

I think you may want to watch video again. I looked at the part on google, seems like it would be worth a shot for $12

Cut it off flush and put a brass threaded hose barb in it's place, until you can replace the radiator

    Good luck.
Might have to enlarge the hole a little to make it work. That's what I'd try if I were in your situation.

I need to be a product testor as the Samsonite Gorilla has nothing on me. I always seem to break the strange parts and pieces where it isn't just a simple bolt from the hardware store.

This is a good reminder for Valentine's Day.

Try not to get so aggressive on those nipples.
