I’m torn between these two bumpers... help. - Added poll

Anyone have any updates on this I’m gonna pull the trigger and don’t know what one to go with the positives and negatives. The c4 wait time is wild to me but I do like the look and then I need to get it coated. Anyone regret or have any advise ?

 

Lots of these bumpers out there seems no ones got any issues and enjoys them

 

O yah I’m just torn on c4 and Cbi wanted heavy duty

Cbi looks better but have you considered ironman for less than half the price? Absolutely love mine.

I have the C4 for about three years I think. Solid bumper. But...I like how the CBI bars are designed allows more space for LP9's because you know...lights. aside from that I think you can't go wrong with either one.

 

1) Recommend getting the bumper raw metal and then you DIY paint or have a local powder coat do it (but expect to pay 400$ for that).
2) Steel bumpers are heavy, the shipping might be freight which is an experience. Have a friend help mount too.
3) Be prepared for long lead times from most manufacturers.

Ordered my CBI Jan 17, 2023. Got my bumper March 24, 2023. I think that was pretty good for up here.

 

c4 has been great....if you put all the lights on especially the 30 inch in the bumper be prepared to wire up remote winch access since you won't be able to plug in. At least my experience with the 12k smitty. I wanted it in the engine bay out of the way regardless....

 

C4 is definitely a good quality bumper, appearance wise I like the detail on the CBI more. That'll suck if your poll comes out 50/50
