    Congratulations...

    Only thing I can tell you;
Enjoy the baby, enjoy the diaper changes, enjoy the loss of sleep, enjoy the the terrible 2s, enjoy the formative years, enjoy the trials and tribulations of early parenthood.
    Why?
Because they grow up WAY TOO FAST.
My kids are 26 and 30 now, it went way too fast.

    Side note:
The first one is hard, worrying about this and that, did we do this right, did we do that right?
    Yes you did just fine.
The second one is much easier.......

Good luck to all 3 of you...

Thank you for this!! He’s very small being 3 weeks early, so there’s a lot to do on top of the usual. He’s been worth every second though.

It feels like things are going by faster every day, and I’m sure every day is the slowest it will ever be again.

My wife and I are debating the best time of year to have our second kid. Fall is busy with our anniversary and both our birthdays, along with our first one's birthday. However, we like to go camping in the summer so we figure that gives them almost a full year to grow before we have to try that. It also avoids the risk of walking around in the snow and ice of winter through the mid and late stages of pregnancy. Biggest downside my wife sees is being in the last trimester in the heat of summer.

Some good advice I got about 40 years ago:
The amount of time you spend with your children has a direct correlation to the amount of time that they will want to be with YOU when they are grown.

Fall was out because I’m away a lot hunting. My wife loved the cool air the last trimester.

This kid is going camping in like 2 months so we’ll see how that goes haha

Yeah, my wife didn't want to be camping with a kid who's getting up multiple times a night. (Where we go we have no power or running water.)

18 months dude! It’s the best. You’re gonna love it and you’ll be a great dad. If the crying gets loud, it’s not a problem, just get yourself some good over the ear headphones and let him cry it out. I learned that in my new dad class i took. i’ve only ever had to do that like 2-3x’s so it’s not really an issue for the most part.

Congrats on the handsome son and fatherhood! Your pic reminds me of our kiddo's arrivals. Keep in the moment dad!
Bad news that Tundra cab is so deep Momma won't be able to reach from the font seat to baby while you're driving...lol attach that pacifier to the car seat.
Good news is when baby is 2 and forward facing no way he can reach the front seat to kick it lol.

Congratulations to you both ! I've got three myself and being a dad is best, most rewarding thing I've ever done.

I write this while rocking my youngest son back to sleep after he got up at 4am for an hour and a half.
