I have a 2023 Hybrid 1794. About 6-8 months ago, I noticed reddish oil in my garage were I park. Crawled underneath and noticed reddish oil leaking. Brought to dealership and as the OP stated, it was the electric motor (between motor and trans) that was leaking. Dealership said Toyota recommended changing the entire electric motor, so that's what they did. Gave me a loaner Tundra and it took about 8-10 days.

Funny how I had this issue on my '22 that I traded due to lot of problem. Didn't think it would be an issue again.

Here's my post, from almost 2 years ago now:
    https://www.tundras.com/threads/front-diif-issues.111141/

Surprise, my '23 with about 11k miles on it has a similar issue:(, spot of oil on the driveway and crawled under the truck to find oil leaking between Hybrid motor and transmission.

I wiped the oil on the transmission/motor in the pictures... Will be calling dealer Monday morning.

Has the replacement hybrid unit fixed the issue?

I see that the unit on your invoice is replaced by a new one.

24' 1794 with 28.5k. Started leaking last week. In the garage overnight with loaner promise if not ready tomorrow. Expecting a loaner.

So far no issues with the new hybrid unit. Over 25k miles on the truck now and the only aggravation is on rare occasions the cameras on the nav screen barf but if I turn the truck off and restart, it goes away. Only happened three or four times so I’m not taking it in just for that. My next service appointment will have that checked.
