    I was also referring to the purchasing, receiving, installing, uninstalling and then repackaging and returning of the units, when the best case scenario was you'd save $50. Whatever, if you have the time, interest and motivation go right ahead. Not for me.

    In terms of gathering actual data, I would say to test at a few different spots and in a few different setups. Like front left, center, right, and back(if you have it) and on a few different speeds. First with OEM and then with each alternative. But you should probably include the toyota/Lexus replacement as well as the Chinese ones. Main thing would be to just be consistent. I don't think having a super accurate anemometer is crucial. Just gives you a hard data point.
