Just wanted to introduce myself and say it's nice to be back in a Tundra. Had one years ago and loved it but lost it in a nasty split after I paid it off. Got a Mustang GT out of it, which I traded in for a 4WD 2005 Ford Lariat which was very good to me but NOTHING beats a Tundra. So when I started having problems with the Lariat I went looking and found this gem...a 2014 Platinum with only 32K on it and every bell and whistle you can think of. It took a week just to figure out why it was beeping at me all the time. Blind spot warning, approaching vehicle when backing out, etc etc! Anyway, I originally hail from Florida, but retired in TX and have a ranch in the smokey mountains of NC. Every 3-4 months I drive up to NC and spend 4-6 weeks there sprucing up the ranch and then making my way back to San Antonio. I look forward to interacting with fellow Tundra lovers and sharing tips and tricks and overall knowledge of the trade. I'm retired from the AF as a Crew Chief and from the USPS as a Letter Carrier. Could have transferred into Vehicle Maintenance but I was too far along into my career to change crafts. So retirement is wonderful, the Tundra is AWESOME, and Life is Good!
