@cjdelaney3 Mine was sent for the same original build date as
@scape of 3/21. Hit "F" status yesterday. ETA populated this AM. Currently says 26APR-01MAY. I also have a 4x4 Platinum.

Good to know, thank you. Do you know when your temp vin stopped working, by chance? I haven't received my permanent one yet.

I will hopefully receive my new Tundra this week. Delivery to the dealer is scheduled to take place between 3/30 and 4/4. This thread has helped me keep an eye on things, thanks.

Just curious to see if there are any members that received a vehicle in Maine? How many weeks after your build date before it reaches the dealership? I had a build date of 3/21 and still showing a status of “A”.

Where does everyone see their build dates?

My temporary VIN disappeared last Thursday. Got the new one on Friday & it changed from A to F. Then by Friday night, it changed back to A & has stayed there since. I've been tracking 2 other ones from the same dealership. The one I really wanted went from F to G today. Yet, still no change with mine.

I reached out to the dealer via text today & still haven't heard anything back yet. Just seems weird that it would get the permanent VIN, change to F & then revert back to A for 5 days (& counting).

I had to ask salesman for build date, haven’t seen it on the build tracking site. The ship date range shows up 4 lines beneath the “dealer category “

Once the truck was listed on the dealer web page, I had access to the factory window sticker for the truck. The build date shows up on the face of the sticker, just under Not Original Copy. This could be the exact time the permanent VIN was created, but it coincides with my build date.

My delivery date range moved up last week, but this morning it was moved out to 4/06-4/11. Strange.

Today turned out to be a busy one.
The truck I had originally wanted (but was already claimed) hit the lot today & the person who had claimed it, bailed. So my dealer’s first call was to me!

After I missed out on the TRD Off Road Premium, I opted for the TRD Sport Premium. I like the overall look of the sport better but the functionality of the Off Road has always been more attractive. Long story short, I’m getting the Off Road after all!

Now I just have to figure out if I can live with the chrome mustache or not…

As of this morning my link on the guest.dealer.toyota site says the page is not found. The VIN still works in the Toyota app though.

Looked up my incoming truck and they moved the delivery ETA from (3/30-4/4) to (4/6 - 4/11). A little disappointed but given everything going on in the world, I am not surprised. My salesman should sponsor this site as I don't need to keep texting him for an update.

Got my permanent VIN today. Shows as F with no ETA as well but at least now I can monitor it myself.

My salesperson actually called me today! He said truck was due to him 4/16 to 4/21. That is a little quicker than I expected, but I also suspect it will push at least a week. Getting closer. I love my 17 Tundra, but I'm looking forward to no lift and no big wheels and tires on this one along with all the bells and whistles.

@scape Checked mine today too because of your comment. My date changed from 4/26-5/1 to 4/21-4/26!

I'm gonna piss myself I'm so excited. I haven't felt anything except anxious since the military. Its great to have something to look forward to!

Did anyone have accessories that they are adding in port? I think this might delay me more. I got the dash cam, skid plate, plus the full vinyl wrap and tint. Maybe an extra week or so?

Is there a way to tell if the milestone changes to Out For Delivery? Will that change the eta?

I have several Port installed items. I wondered the same thing on how that worked and what kind of delay it means. I assume that is factored in on the ETA's they give the dealers.

I did look at mine today and see they moved delivery up to 4/14 - 4/19 so that is good news.

This made me laugh. Different kind of anxious for sure. I remember when I ordered my Duramax in 01. I think having to wait on them and trying to figure out where they are in the process does make it more fun that just strolling down to the dealer and taking one home. I'm just not good at waiting.

How are you looking yours up? I tried temp vin with the website and it didn’t work anymore. So was unable to look up the information. Or are you calling dealership daily? My build date was 3/21, was told it’s F status now and on freight train. I only have all weather floor mats for my options.

After mine hit 'F' status it showed up on my dealers webpage inventory with the perm VIN. I went back to the site from this thread and used the new VIN and I can see the details on ETA. My dealer did text me with the perm VIN the same day.

Has anyone figured out any other options to track your truck if this link doesn't work? i have a permanent vin and an ETA to the dealership(April 15th), but i would like to keep an eye on it for delays. All i get is the "page not found, contact dealer page" when i put in my VIN. Any help would be great, thanks!
