That is what I thought. Just remove the overload leaf and attach the icon pack. I could be wrong.

"Unlike traditional "add-a-leafs" that obtain lift height at the cost of stiffening spring rate and sacrificing ride quality. This new approach, full length Toyota Tundra leaf spring expansion pack, replaces all the factory secondary leafs while retaining the factory main and overload springs. This allows us to modify the spring rate to increase ride comfort, obtain lift height, maintain load and towing capacities, and increase wheel travel. By retaining the factory main leaf installation is a snap."

The add a leaf has a di erent length front to rear of the centering pin. The longer side is to be placed towards the REAR of the vehicle.

I'm trying to understand your front setup. Your 2WD so you don't have to worry about cv angles, just steering angles. The spindles add the necessary added length from the hub to UCA. The lift comes from the coilover however. If you got the standard Coilovers they are most likely set around 2.5" of lift. Do you have a top spacer installed on here as well that matches the spindle added height?
    What am I missing here?

But from what I get it's ones choice to remove the overload spring which is the one at the end right I hope the shop know what there doing it's Atlas Springs they are pretty popular but kinda rude but I'm just dealing with a whole bunch of crap right now so I just hope I could get my truck back on the road to ease my mind a bit

I installed the icon AAL on my taco. The install was pretty straight forward. Could have left the overload in but decided to remove it to get the desired lift.
