It seems like I fall right in the middle of the bell curve on the polls... apparently I’m amazing at being average! :humble:

I’m 38, but I would like to add my dad is going to be 78 soon and loves his tundra. Representing for the old man! :headbang:

Shit man, I just turned 29 and I swear every other day something happens that makes me turn to the wife (who's 28) and say "Damn...I'm getting old". I had quite the heyday in my teens and early 20's. Now I'm old, fat, balding and go to bed early...

Well hell's bells eh? Someone got this life thing ass backwards. We should be born old, cold, miserable and decrepit then get better and better until crawling into a nice, warm, dark hole for a well deserved nap.

I'm doing alot better taking care of myself. Health is certainly on the upswing. Fortunately, it would seem that if you had an excellent athletic baseline as a teen/20-something, you'll maintain a higher than average baseline even when you let yourself go. I'm finding I'm able to get back into the swing of things easier than I though. The goal is to maintain an above average level of fitness from now on. I'd hate to hit my 40's or 50's and try to recover then.
