In regards to the poo-poo poll, hole in the ground is where it’s at. If you’re going to go pretend to be homeless in the outdoors then pooping in a hole is the authentic experience. This will help you appreciate indoor plumbing once you get home from your homeless LARP’ing.

Guy with a place to park for rent, I hit him up asking about truck campers since most lots don't allow my kind. Guy responds, " when can you come look at it" like it matters what it looks like. Told the guy "if it is a place to park it is more than good enough"
He says he has standards and "it would be a waste of time for me to pull a trailer out there if they can't be met"
Had to ignore him after that. I have standards too, like I expect grown men to have a little bit better reading comprehension.

Just a few? They've been watching ever since we all excepted tracking devices on our personal daily. The first iPhone was the final descent into their trap.

Yep, between the phones we all use and the vehicles we all drive, our whereabouts are known 24/7.

Like most prophecies, the timing was a little off, roughly 40 years, but here we are!

Haven't read that one yet but I like Brave New World. Vonnegut and Hemingway are good, too.

Job interview on Monday, gonna be a lube tech at a local independent shop. Hopefully get some cheap/free maintenance knocked out on this pig. At Midas we would work on our own junk to make the shop look busy on slow days.

I worked at a Midas when I was first starting out. God I hated that place and how they ripped off customers. I hated it so much that I up a quit. Hopefully it’s changed.

I was at Midas in 13-14. Stayed long enough to get a few welding lessons and moved on. This shop I'm going to is more of a shade tree type, it's an older guy who runs it looking for an apprentice.

I was saying Aldous Huxley is a pioneer of the Orwellian genera. Sorry for the confusion.

Turns out I didn't notice Brave New World right there. I thought you were saying Point Counterpoint is a pioneering book in that genre.

That's pretty nuts. I looked at a couple others on the USCCA site the other night and those I checked do prohibit being intoxicated and carrying, so there's at least that.

It really is a bad idea. Some states BAC is as low as .02. It's really just best not drinking in a bar at that point or carrying a weapon.

Then again, we have had a few bars shot up here in Colorado Springs....

Kinda like banks. I CC in all mine. Not all states are the same, and a couple times we had issues with a branch manager and was able to get her to take down the "no guns" sticker on the front door.

Yup. Booze and pews don't mix well.

Without getting into politics, it takes a special kind of complete retard to think "no guns" signs protect anyone.

Well if they have a "no guns" policy they have to offer metal detectors or security. So most banks are not armed guards or even have security.

My old bank installed stickers like that on the front doors. Myself and around 12 other members advised her to take the stickers off or we were moving banks. Stickers came off. I don't know what her loss number was, but I guess it was enough.
