Brought home a new ride for the wife yesterday. Rav 4 was just too damn small, had to go.

The wife had a 2013 Corolla S prior to us buying the Tundra.

My dad had a 2003 Toyota Matrix but he sold it two years ago and bought a Kona.

I have a thing for Avalon's......2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th generation ('01 XLS, '05 Touring, '13 Limited and '19 XSE). Unfortunately, the '05 was totaled by a distracted driver while parked in front of my house....a 70 year women was texting and plowed into it. My college age daughters drive the '01 and '13 and the wife drives the '19. The '21 Tundra is my new ride.

    Two!

My Tundra for "need a truck" type stuff. And my XRS Corolla. It has almost 200,000. Handles, stops, quick enough. Highway is around 35 MPG. This one is a 2005. I had a 2006. But when stopped on the Long Island Expressway, someone was preoccupied and smashed me at 45 MPH totaling the car. Of course she had no insurance and suspended license.

In my driveway is my Tundra, my daughter's Tacoma, and my wife's Highlander. My other two daughters and their husbands all drive Toyotas as well. It helps that my son-in-law is a sales manager at the local dealer. ;)
