Going in for a re-do. Icon Stage 1 maxed preload based on the instructions in the front...177k tired leaf packs in the back. Freedom UCAs, extended end links in the front as well. Sits at 21" front and a hair over 21 in the rear. Topper and 175lb drawer set up in the bed. Perfect stance just not the height I'm looking for. Contacted Accutune and Alcan for some advice. We'll see what happens. Pic 1 is when I first bought her...heavy ass grandpa hard tonneau on the bed. Pic 2 was yesterday. 265/70/17s in both pics.

Are you looking for more height? Are you planning on sticking with that tire size?

Should be going under the knife in 2 weeks or whenever I get a weekend free. Waiting on the final items to come in slowly.

    RRW RR7-S with 275/70/17s

    Radflo front coilover
    Durobumps
Fr33lanceFab gusseted spindles with extended lug studs
CVJ Axles and fresh oil seals
    ECGS needle bearing delete
Already have Freedom UCAs, extended links, OEM LBJ and LCAs installed

    Radflo rear shocks
    Archive Garage MD leaf packs
Archive Garage u-bolt flip kit with #4 bumpstops

    GX front calipers
    Advics rotors
    Akebono pads
    Fr33lancefab Wildwood LSPV delete
Front and rear stainless brake lines

Should be a fun weekend. Gotta install the Weboost, fridge slide and other odds and ends in too. I need a different hobby.

I'll be interested in your review on the radflo. I've only ever heard good things. Did you get external reservoirs with those? What rate springs come with them?

Went with the 2.5s...non-resi. Based on the "offroading" I do, they should be fine. I emailed them the type of driving, terrain, and front/rear truck weight (CAT scale'd it) info. Leaving the weight set up and valving up to them.

I don't think my measurements are very precise, but here goes.

    Before suspension work:

    Front hub to fender: 20.5"
    Rear hub to fender: 20.5"

    After suspension work:

    Front: 21" (passenger side 21.5")
    Rear: 21.5"

This is after some settling, but only a few days.

    Suspension work:

    Front: OME 2883 with Bilstein 4600, + 1st gen offroad 1/4" spacers
Rear: ATS HD leaf springs with Bilstein 5100 and Total Chaos 3/4" lowering shackles

    IMG_7341.jpg

I don't really even feel the need to stuff bigger tires in there to fill in the space. Really just slightly lifted the whole truck, probably not even perceptible to the untrained eye.

Noticed i never updated this, but with bilstein 6112’s on the bottom notch, a full set of skidrow skidplates, a cap, a battery, a fridge, a solar panel, tools, and polo’s suite in the back of the cab.
    (From the steering wheel)
    LF: 21.5”
    LR: 21.5”
    RF: 20.75”
    RR:21”

with polos 120lbs about centered, and my 200lbs in the driver seating squares up almost perfect.

Hey there, I don’t have any pictures but just had questions for anyone with an access cab 4x4 running ATS HD leafs and 5100s in the back. I just installed my set of leafs, and took measurements to find that I’m sitting at about 22.5 hub to fender in the back. Stock measurements were 22 flat. This is the kit I ordered: https://www.autoandtrucksprings.com...uty-rear-leaf-spring-complete-kit-bt90221hck/
Bed is empty, no extra weight, does anyone have any ideas why this could be happening? Maybe they sent 2wd springs? Anything helps.

I also noticed that there’s a 1/8-1/4 inch gap in between each of the 4 leafs not including the overload. Is this normal?

22.5" was what I was sitting at before I installed my ATS HD leafs. I need to measure them again, but I know I got at least an inch, probably 1.5" out of them. Also using 5160 shocks in the back. Here's a photo of one of my leafs without any weight on it if it helps. Have you driven around on them much yet?

    Here's my before/after measurements: https://www.tundras.com/threads/how-big-is-yours-measure-up.46186/page-5#post-3333656

Here's the gappiness in my springs, ATS told me it's normal: https://tnstatic.net/attachments/upload_2023-9-24_18-3-48-png.919510/

I wonder, are you 100% sure you got the HD spring "kit" (which is almost $700) and not the non-HD spring "kit" which is $525? The kit includes hangers, the more expensive one is what we're using and getting 1.25" - 1.75" lift, the other one is supposed to keep you 0"-0.5" (i.e. within OEM spec)

I don't think ATS puts a part number on their packs, so ... if they sent you the wrong pack, I'm not sure how you'd know - maybe they can tell you how to verify. Their support was VERY helpful when I developed an unexplained popping sound out of my driver leaf pack.

I measured mine while in a parking garage today. I have about 100 lbs worth of bike rack hanging off my hitch and a soft topper on the bd. With my lift in the front I only got 1" and 3/4" out of the HD leafs. I've had the leaf packs installed for about 2 weeks. They are a lot stiffer on bumps than my old leafs.

Dang I didn’t realize how high your truck is lifted. Did you ever get around to doing the 6112s?

Nope, still sitting on the rec room floor, unassembled, with my gold Methods. I have everything in the box, but during our basement remodel, my Branick magically disappeared, and my minty fresh, like-new skid plate got severely bent on one of the corners.

I just installed the HD ATS 4wd springs. 22.5” to the center of the hub. I also have a headache rack/bed rail setup that weighs a couple hundred pounds.

Nope. Almost all are outside. I try not to keep cameras inside the house. I have them in my data closet, so I can monitor for people touching devices and connections, but ... shy of one or two other key areas w/valuables, nope.

But to that point, with how many boxes were going in and out, just with the HVAC equipment alone, not the bathroom stuff like toilet boxes, drop-in shower boxes, etc. cameras can't see thru cardboard, and any of them could've had my Branick in it as they waltzed the garbage out thru the garage. But peeling back thru footage, and how I had stuff bundled, not sure I could've figured out where/when it disappeared.

What were your final front measurements with your 700# springs on 5/3?
Also, still not sure what's going on with my springs sitting so low. I did in fact order the correct set, and I think I mighta just gotten unlucky. Might throw in a 1 or 2-inch block. I'm not sure if ATS can do anything about it because they don't claim to add any lift on their website in general.
