Ive honestly only heard this from your post, but I wouldn't doubt it. Happened a bunch in Katy last year. The skid would be nice, but last year when I looked it was priced higher than the RCI front skid. I feel like the cat protector skid is made with less overhead than the normal front skid, which I am not really a fan of. I say this as I own a fabrication shop so my mindset is always what does it take to make this. (less bends, less cuts, less fasteners, etc.)

    Ever seen the CatClamp? https://catclamp.com/

Anyone in the Houston area have a good mig welder with shielding gas i can come over and use in the near future? Getting a weld it yourself bumper and would like to mig it instead of using my stick welder. I'll pay for whatever wire and gas I use. Plus I'll bring beer of your choice!

New to the forums, I Just picked up these wheels yesterday. Never seen them before and the only thing I can find on them is a for sale listing from texastrucktire in Houston who has them listed as Tundra Tss wheels. They are 18". Does anyone know anything about them?

They were stock on my truck, I ran them for a couple years. Real light, all aluminum I believe. What do you want to know?

They’re on my truck in that picture I just posted. They were an option from 2014-2019. I don’t think (but don’t know for sure) they are still being offered.

I got a remote DAP tune a few years ago - 5.7, naturally aspirated, no performance mods, and rolling on 37s. This year I re-geared to 5.29s and my shift points have been way off since - computer thinks I'm red lining at 5500 rpms and applies the rev limiter. Didn't notice it for months until I tried passing a car while going up a long hill. I emailed DAP, said they were working on getting a new tune but they stopped responding to my emails over a month ago. Wondering - has anyone in the Houston area got re-tuned at their shop after regearing? If so, could DAP use your tune as a reference (since they don't have one)?

My buddy used a guy to install katzkin up in Spring. I assume they'll do heated seats too. I'll ask him and get back to you.

Anybody have any recommendations for chrome delete places in northwest Houston, I am off 290 and Barker Cypress also need new tires and rims. Also need to upgrade my side steps, the chrome on those is just blinding at times.
