I must say, I didn't think this forum had this level of savagery.

    Pleasantly surprised :D

Man, I’m only to this post (I see it’s your 3rd ever… so I’m guessing this thread is about to get even more entertaining).

To answer this (rhetorical) question, I don’t usually introduce myself at Home Depot or Loews but, yes, if I need more specific advice or specialty fasteners or equipment… as when you registered for a Tundra forum… in the wrong ‘aisle’… I wait for my turn, introduce myself, explain what I’ve done so far, Jen ask for guidance in a way that invites opinion as well as factual knowledge. No matter how many assholes there are in the world, seems most people are still willing to offer help when asked respectgullly for assistance.

Haha! It killed me when I saw all the errors. But my home internet is so bad, it didn’t post (with errors) until several minutes after I wrote it. I usually edit and repair (before it shows ‘edited’), but I missed my window.

    There. Better?

All you needed to do was thank em for giving you the correct term instead of being an ass and this would have likely turned out well for you. I’ve found the members here to be extremely patient and helpful when approached in an adult manner. Actually the answer you seek is an easy online search.

How many of these awesome responses started with a few beers on board? I’ve been giggling like a school girl while drinking a few pale ales. Your cold sarcasm warms my heart.
