Highschool budget build

Absolute pain to get it on but it’s done. Looks so much better. Fog lights and BD pods should be on this weekend

 

This sounds like almost everything I do. In my mind it'll take a few or more hours. Then reality set in and it takes double. Looks great and congrats on the install. Way to stick with it. Your truck is not really classified as budget at this point though...

 

I thought this would take an hour or so at most ended up being around 4. If I didn’t have an extra set of hands I don’t think it would’ve gone on.

 

Traction bars almost finished being made. Still deciding if I want a gusset or not and if I want to CNC something onto the bracket hope to have them on by end of the month

 

Ended up changing the exhaust. Got the Dirty deeds straight pipe and it sounds perfect. Louder than the standard but not stupid loud in the cab

 

Also picked up some FOA 2.5 triple bypass shocks. Getting them rebuilt now then gonna toss them in the rear and sell the icon 2.5. Icon leaf springs will finally go on when I put on the new rear shocks

 

New parts starting to arrive. New accutune king 2.5 extended travel coilovers. Coach builder front shock spacer, rear abs relocation, carrier bearing drop

FOA almost back from rebuild then will get the leaf springs put on. Traction bars are built and just need to be mounted then painted.
