You got any more pics? Maybe further away and without the shadow? Still can’t decide on the full bed chop like that, or if I like it at an angle best.

Thanks man. Nathan over at Trail Toys knocked it out of the park. I have either #2 or #3 out of the first three of these. There's another one here in Central Texas with me, and then this one which was sent out to Montana...

I know some guys were saying they’d like to keep the Oem hitch however not much of a point for an HC bumper if you want to keep the OEM hitch... imo. I’d be wanting to buy one if they were simple and streamline enough.

The bumper in this quote has the hitch integrated with the bumper. It is behind the license plate. Billy can also integrate a high on the swimgout for bike racks.

I’m new to the Forum and definitely late on this discussion. But I would be interested pending renderings. Would be interested with or without swing outs. Would be willing to chop. Cannot lose my ability to tow. Don’t care about BSM.

Any word on this? I’d love a high clearance bumper for the work I do, especially if it has a swing out and possibly a winch mount underneath.

Chiming in pretty late here, but I would also be very interested in one of these... Swing-out option would be awesome, ability to tow, and prefer to chop.

Wish someone would come out with one or a rendering with plans. I'm getting to buy a rear soon and almost looks like a custom is gonna be the route

    It’s a Goat.
Here’s the high clearance I built. Just some 2x6 tubing and some jacks stands to hold them in place. I added a tab for my off-road whip, and still have plans of cutting a foot hole/step into the side of the rear bumper to help step into the box.

Like most you, I needed to keep towing ability. I added a 7/4 pin trailer plug. I also built tabs built to accept semi truck mud flaps for towing.
    A6E859D2-8BE3-4052-AB63-07282ADEBD71.jpg
Needed to buy a 10” drop hitch for trailers. Still worrying about a sway hitch option for the holiday trailer.

Is there a bumper that shortens the overall length of the tundra? It seems like there’s a never ending supply of bumpers, but they all seem to be longer or very similar length. I’m searching for ways to shorten my truck. Does anyone have any advice for bumpers?

The SS built one is pretty minimalist, as far as how for back it sticks out.

nope. Expedition one ghosted this thread.

It’s ok though, I’ve heard of quality issues, large delays, bumpers getting shipped without hardware, etc. Seems like they lost some QC of their stuff, so maybe a good thing in the long run?

I have that bumper and to my knowledge..... there are no tow ratings on aftermarket bumpers. I pulled a 5,000 pound boat (and trailer) from NC to TX with mine no problem though.

There is a guy in the Phoenix area that has the same bumper and tows his toy hauler with it with no issues. I didn’t buy this truck to tow though.
