    Welcome!

What purpose does the cab spoiler serve? Or is it just cosmetic?

It was cosmetic but actually I noticed that the soft cover was not banging and doing more noise at high speeds. So It's really working.

Did you do the mirror cover install yourself? If so how hard was it?

Yes. They are little tricky but I find out that between two is easier ane safer. Just take 2 flat drivers lower the lens all the way down locate the 2 tabs on top once you pry them down and toward outside tell your pal to pull at the same time, this way you are safe that the tabs will not break or get brittle. When you feel they are outside the tab your partner can take the piece out without damaging the clips. Installation its straight forward no problems.

That's a spoiler. I bought it for looks but actually help a lot in wind deflector the soft tonneau cover makes less noise speeding.
