    Im thinkin, a little mix of Apple or Cherry with a Mesquite Wood... around 250... maybe squirt it down with a little Pendleton and Apple Juice or some Dr Pepper

    Get some oranges and squeeze them as your cooking the turkey. Comes out awesome. I made a whole chicken split in half. The flavor was amazing. Good luck.
