My truck came with steel wheels. Looking to swap to other oem wheels. I'm torn between 2 styles.

    3rd gen trd off-road wheels:

    https://www.wheels.ca/car-reviews/review-2020-toyota-tundra-trd-off-road/amp/

And the 2nd gen rock warrior wheels.

    My questions are:
If the wheels come with sensors, how difficult will it be to pair them with the truck.

If the wheels don't come with the sensors, will my sensors fit them? I heard they aren't universal between some wheels.

Your steel wheel sensors will not fit aluminum in wheels.. different part number... if the aluminum wheels came with sensors, it should be easy to reprogram to your truck by a tire shop.

Recently upgraded rims from steel to the alloy, and this explains why I continuously get the "low tire pressure" light after resetting the TPMS.

    Thanks for the thread OP!
