I need some help with a question on installing my Westcott sliders. On the drivers side rear there is a factory hole in the bottom of the frame that the factory plastic gas tank skid bolts into. I need to use this hole for one of my slider mounting bolts . I removed the factory bolt on the skid and would like to know how to remove the piece that this bolt screwed into? I cant see in there to know if it is a clip that can just be knocked out or what is going on? Everything else is lined up and bolted up just need to get that piece out so I can put the backer plate and supplied slider bolt in as the factory skid bolt is smaller.
