I have had my 2017 Pro for about a month now! Never been happier! The thing is sick and I hate when I get to my destination and have to get out of it. To the guy who is waiting for his truck, trust me your going to love this truck, changed the tires immediately to 305 65 18s and it looks so much better and zero rubbing. TeIMG_6563.jpg

Yes, I am going to love it if it will get here already! Where did you get your black TRD Pro side decal inserts?

Also, what are the actual dimensions of that tire (in inches)?

If got the black detailing done at my Toyota's shop that they use to do things that don't come stock! It came out great! The size of tires are what the man said above! They are Nitto Terra Grappler G2s they are the biggest you can go without removing the front mud flaps, zero rubbing and no cutting out inside the wheel wells with the stock rims and no spacers!

The Michelins that come stock are not an aggressive all terrain off road tire but I sold mine on Craigslist in one day for $800 because they are good tires but not good for off roading!

Hold the Line! If you are not holding the line, abandon your ship. Destruction is inevitable without more to hold the line!
Very nice! Does it ride smoother than your previous Tundra?

It sure does. Its kind of funny, but I have been finding speed bumps to take it over and it just soaks them up like they are not even there.

I told myself this wasn't going to happen, but dammit, it happened anyway. I have been bitten by the mod bug!

I mentioned earlier in this thread that I would like some rake to the pro. I've decided against blocks and shackles for various reasons. Standard add a leafs are also out since I DO NOT want to stiffen the ride....,,,, BUT what about the ICON 1.5" progressive AAL? I hear that it actually improves the ride while gaining lift height (and increased wheel travel). @Toytec has them on sale now for $274.95. I have to admit I have itchy trigger finger and am Jonesing to hit the order button unless someone (again) can talk me off the ledge, ha! Seriously though, anyone have any experience with the ICON progressive AALs?

I just got burnt on a 2015 XLT F-150 Ecoboost. I bought it brand new in 2015 and it was in the shop for a total of 5 weeks. I had 2 failed driveshafts, transfer case, 2 rear windows and front rotors. At 8k miles my first driveshaft and transfer case went out. It went out again last month and Ford would do nothing for me, even under warranty. The fix was to add shims to the rear axel that Ford didn't even have in stock and still don't have in stock. The rear axel was put in at the wrong angle causing it to eat through the back end of the driveshaft. There is about a 50+ page forum of others currently going through the same issue and Ford will do nothing about it. I filed a suit with Ford and corporate would do nothing as well. The truck was an absolute nightmare. Be very careful if you buy one. Love my new Tundra so far.

Guess we shouldn't complain about the off center rear axle on our trucks.

Buy the Tundra and never look back. You won't regret it. You stated that you are a Toyota guy. Be a man and stay that way. :muscleflexing:

Ford is a garbage company building garbage vehicles sold and "serviced" by garbage dealers and techs.

    Buy the Tundra.

EDIT: Ooops. This thread is ancient. Oh well. Facts are facts. My statement stands. :D
