Has 120k miles on it. Never replaced any axles or wheel bearings. Just the entire suspension to 3inch lift in front and 2 in the back, the nitro gears and front and rear arb lockers. The gears were put in at like 60k-70k.

So it's got some character lol. Was all that post-gear swap? Just trying to see if you've done anything recently to tear that diff up. When I busted a tooth it was charging up a steep dune a couple times then getting super stuck at the top. At one point 3 different vehicles were trying to free me all at once. In the end, an F250 7.3L pulled me out. Props to Ford that day.

She’s our baby and we’ve been thru a lot with her. It drove across country twice and wheeled it all over California, Nevada and Utah. So it’s seen its fair share of dirt and rocks.
Damn. Sounds like a good time. Ya the accidents and accidental jump was definitely after the gears were put in.

Nice. Inferno was always one of my fav colors. You clearly wanna keep it or you'd not have fixed the frame. That's a dealbreaker for most.

Well. When I found out about the frame I didn’t want it either. The insurance said they were gonna fix it. I asked if they could salvage the vehicle and they said no because the repairs weren’t enough to salvage it. I thought it was some BS. But I ended up getting the entire truck repainted due to them not color matching it correctly. Now it has more yellow and metallic flake in the paint than the stock inferno.

Just a thought…. Have you tried activating and deactivating the locker? Maybe it is stuck in some weird mid-position?

My compressor has been acting up and not turning on when I flip the switch. My plan is to hook up a line to my GXs compressor and activate the locker to see if it even works. Just have to put it back on jack stands. I’m gonna try to remove the axle tomorrow see if that’s jacked up in any way.

IMG_7634.jpg IMG_7633.jpg IMG_7632.jpg Lifted the truck engaged locker. Turns out I had to clean the positive connection on the battery and compressor works fine now. Locker works and both tires rotate the same. Still makes that noise when it catches whatever is wrong. Dropped the truck and went in reverse and forward on the driveway into the street. Feels fine. Still makes the noise engaged or not. Next is to pull out the axle. So axel is out what do you think. Anyone?
