If you are referring to the cig lighter outlet, that is protected by the 15A Cig fuse.

Those two 12vdc outlets are protected by a 15A Pwr Outlet fuse located in driver side Instrument Panel J/B for your year DC.

Thank you @BubbaW,would this be the same fuse for the ones in picture? The ones i took pictures are the ones located on passinger flooring side and the other one is located under back seat cup holder.

    I do understand....

The two you are showing AND the rear 12vdc plugin are all 3 protected by the 15A Pwr Outlet fuse

Next step would be getting access to the back side of the outlet itself to test it's getting power.

Note that those outlets typically only have power while the key is in the ON position (whether the engine is running or not)

Don't want to assume wrongly, so I'll ask a quick question. Does the one in the back work and do you have a volt ohm meter to check for 12vdc ?

I think you and I are thinking in the same vein - test for signs the receptacle itself may be bad. If other outlets in the circuit work, would suggest outlet problem. If power to the connector on the back of the outlet, would suggest outlet problem. Both call for repairing or replacing the outlet.

similar thoughts but I find it hard to believe both fronts do not work if indeed he has tried both. They have separate harness plugs, shown in red circle below. As the above drawing shows, the ACC relay plays a part also. Do they go bad, sure but once certain questions have been answered, it's hard from our couches to know much....KISS. Your comment about IGN ON is very valid and don't want to assume OP is aware.

Yeah, I learned the hard way one too many times at work, never assume the obvious is obvious to everyone. Common sense isn't always so common. :D
