I'm looking at possibly upgrading to a 2014 Tundra with only 19,xxx miles on it, currently have a 2011.

Question: any issues with the 2014?

No common major issues that I know of.

Sounds like some have had issues with the entune screen freezing occasionally, it has happened to me 3 times in almost 3 years. I read a firmware update fixes it, but it isn't a big issue for me so I haven't taken it in. I may before my 3 year warranty is up though, just for the update.

I have horrible luck with things, my transmission went with only about 2k miles. That's not typical though.

The 14' doesn't have the ability to install the Toyota integrated brake controller like the 15's, though I have read of some issues with it anyway....

    I love my 14'.

My entune has had both HW and SW updated, fucking thing sucks to all hell - really damn irritating.

My t-case started knocking at 2k miles, finally replaced at 8k miles after I said that I was leaving the truck at the dealership until the knock is gone.

with fuel tank 3/4 - 4/4 people report a thud from the chassis, traced back to the baffles in the tank (at least that's what Toyota states)

Otherwise no real issues, engine is tried and true - same issues you would have/will have or have had with your current truck.
