How about disassociating the phone and reassociating? I have had an issue where it won't connect and I have to remove & restore it.

Yup. I went so far as to

    - disassociating the phone, and deleting it from the head unit
    - completely resetting my phone (as in, reset to factory settings)
    - re-associating the phone once done

I visited the 9to5Mac page where people were reporting it, as well as an Apple Communities page; and it's by far not just us Tundra owners, or even Toyota owners...so my guess is it's something Apple unintentionally broke during an iOS 15.2 update and hasn't gotten around to fixing yet.

Additionally, people without CarPlay-compatible head units are experiencing issues with BT.

It's a Carplay/IOS 15.2 issue. Not related to specific head unit.

I remember one of the 14 updates made Siri reading text messages all fucked up. Like she’d only say about three words Unless you hit replay. That was annoying as hell

It appears that the 15.3 update has fixed the issue

I can also confirm it's still fixed in 15.4 beta. LOL
