    It was bad, but not too bad. I knew I was going to take a loss of a few thousand dollars in depreciation of the Tacoma. In the end, I got $11.5k of trade-in difference (got $33k for the Tacoma and paid $44.5k for the Tundra). With more patience and haggling, maybe it was possible to extract a few more dollars in trade-in difference, but I was happy with the outcome.
