Hey guys glad to be apart of the group! Look forward to updating my profile with my truck that's a work in progress. I'm installing a 2.5" Toytec lift kit. I'm curious about tire size. My truck is a 2014 SR5 crew max and want to know max wheel size I can fit with this lift. I'm looking at 18" moto metal wheels with a +18 offset. I think this correct but working hand in hand with my tire dealer.
Next question, anybody add a programmer and what exhaust have you guys had the best luck with? TIA.

    Welcome!!

Several have added a Hypertech programmer and seem to enjoy the results this far.

Check out this thread about tire setup.

I have a 2014 CM and currently workin on the mods. Checkout BAmuffler. I have researched a lot before going with BA. They are one of the best out there for the $$

@GNTundra...Hey buddy. My Crewmax build is draining my bank account like an ex-girl friend. I gotta stop checking out tundras.com every 15 minutes. Its addictive. First P&P engineering bumper, then the winch, muffler, lift, wheels & tires, skid plate, LED headlights...It doesn't stop. I am already $5,000 over my budget and not even done half way.

Dude.....we ALL have that problem! LOL

But don't you think having a truck that's YOURS and looks BA is worth the extra expense??

Welcome from TN! Glad to have you, and getting started right with the toytec!!

I'd say 295/70 tires would be the ticket, or you could just bump up to 35's and up the lift to a 3/1.5

@Law323. Strongly agree with you bro. My original plan was....OK, I will do the mods slowly. That never happened. its like one mod after another. I was gonna keep Tundra outside and keep my other 3 cars in the garage. Now after starting the mods, I am installing a lift in my garage so I can double stack two other cars and park my Tundra in the space with the forth car. The list goes on....

I know my wife's dreading the day I get a garage for that reason! Another would be me converting half into a weight room. I'd be shelling out about 5k for the weights alone (hopefully) LOL
I'm forced to get my mods on SLOWLY!! At least it gives me something to look forward to LOL
