    Can you take the heads off of a 2011 Tundra 5.7 motor without removing the manifolds.

    I was hoping you could because its looks almost in possible to remove them in the truck, because you leave them when you pull or put a motor in.

    Removing the cylinder head on any V-8 engine (or any engine for that matter) requires the removal of the intake and exhaust manifolds.
