I was searching through some older posts last nite and came across one that briefly mentioned these guys but not much more than just mentioning. Has anyone used them? My rack is leaking, one of the boots looks like shredded wheat. (this is how I bought it and am just now addressing the front end, spent all winter cleaning and working on timing, cam and crank seals, gaskets, fan mounts, headlights, pulley, TB clean, PCV, etc) so looking for rebuild advice. Has anyone changed out the seals before? Is the changing of seals pretty much the rebuild or are they other things to replace? These guys include boot and inner tie rods and can add on poly bushings for same price as you can buy them. I just emailed them and asked for more info on the included inner tie rods.

I talked to a local shop that rebuilds old toyotas. They said to keep my core vs sending it back to Fr33, because some the remanufactured ones coming out of Toyota are not great and are having issues. Plenty of ppl talking about it on here.

So since my core was know to be good with no leaks only bad inner tie rods. I decided to keep it vs getting my core money back. Toyota wont me making this part new any time soon.

I was looking at these FR33LANCEFAB racks but realize they're over 2x the cost of a Detroit Axle steering rack, and the Detroit ones have good reviews on our forum as well. Something to consider.

These guys are also a legit reman shop. I replaced my steering rack last summer in my 04 sequoia. Came with oem inner tie rods already installed.

Give them a call. I don't think they have an Internet order system in place. Old school.
