    Okay here's a weird one then on the amp in the back behind the seat if I cut those can I hardwire back into itself does it make a loop back there do the amp is there anyway I can just cut one off and hook it to the other so it loops back up to the head unit

    Short answer is yes but if I only had this truck for less than 2 months(according to your posting), there is no way I would start jack legging and half ass do the job, for many reasons.....but you do you, it's your truck.

    If you do choose to go this route, I suggest you go by the correct electrical wire drawings. The ones you have been posting do not relate to your system. Since you have the DC LTD, pretty sure you should be using the Audio System with 8 Speaker (Double Cab) section.

    Attached is the pages you need if indeed 8 speakers so you get the speaker wire colors right....

    I have an 06 DBL Cab Limited that came with the JBL premium system that had 3 speakers in each front door.

    Left Front Tweeter + Pink
    Left Front Tweeter - Violet
    Right Front Tweeter + Light green
    Right Front Tweeter - Blue
    Left Front Subwoofer/Mid + Green
    Left Front Subwoofer/Mid - Blue/white
    Right Front Subwoofer/Mid + BLACK / YELLOW
    Right Front Subwoofer/Mid - WHITE/ blue

    Left Rear +Black
    Left Rear - Yellow
    Right Rear + Red
    Right Rear - White

    Bad part is I'm color blind if I had a diagram with the wires above and marked with the colors next to them would be a game changer
