Hard shift from R to D

    Just wanted to let people in this thread know that I test drove a few tundras on the lot and they all exhibited this hard shifting from park to drive. Was relieved and disappointed at the same time lol.

    The 21 tundra did not do this. Nor did other trucks (f150, 2500 hds) I’ve driven so far.

    Mine does this when cold on the first shift sequence. If I back out, and just shift into drive, it will rev and is really bad. But, if I shift into D and wait for the lurch, all seems normal.
